The website gives general information about our services. It is not a quotation or a promise that a particular solution, price, delivery date, or support arrangement is available. Contact us to discuss what is suitable for your business.
Enquiries and project work
Sending an email or discussing an idea does not, by itself, appoint Mindlink to carry out work. Before a project begins, the parties should agree in writing on its scope and commercial terms.
The project agreement will address fees, payment, milestones, responsibilities, changes, acceptance, intellectual property, confidentiality, and support. These website terms do not set a universal payment schedule or transfer ownership of project software. The project agreement takes precedence for that project, subject to applicable law.
Using this website
You may browse, follow links, and make legitimate enquiries. Do not distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful activities. If you share another person’s information, make sure you are entitled to do so.
Website content
Text, branding, graphics, and other materials are owned by Mindlink or their respective owners or licensors. You may view and save material for personal reference or to assess our services. Other reuse requires permission unless allowed by law or an applicable licence. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and licences.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These website terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Mindlink submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them. This does not limit any mandatory rights you have to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
